All payments are processed securely with paystack. We currently do not offer payment on delivery.
Our return policy is simple and straightforward.
Domestic (Within Nigeria)
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
International Customers
You have a 7 working days window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Delivery may take up to 10 working days after dispatch.
Within Ghana
Delivery is paid for on delivery.
International Shipping
Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to additional customs clearance time.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, customs processes, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
