What is your return & exchange policy? expand_more

Our return policy is simple and straightforward.

Domestic (Within Nigeria)

You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

International Customers

You have a 7 working days window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed within Ghana (depending on location and order time).

Within Nigeria

Orders to Nigeria are shipped from Ghana and typically arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping 🌍 (South Africa, Canada & More)

We ship internationally from Ghana to selected countries including South Africa, Canada, and more.

Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen delays. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
